How do packs work? You buy a prepaid pack of your favourite item (coffee, juice, bowl, etc.) at a bulk price, then redeem one item at a time in-store using the code in your wallet.
Can I get a refund? Yes — unused packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email us from the number tied to your account and we’ll process it.
A merchant wouldn’t honour my pack. Email us immediately with the merchant name and the date. We’ll sort it out and credit your wallet.
I want to delete my account. Email support@aroodme.com from your registered number and we’ll remove your data.
